Delivery
We aim to despatch most items except lampshades within three days of order. Lampshades are normally
despatched within ten days. Items will normally be desptached using Post Office standard delivery. There
is no charge for standard delivery to UK addresses.
In the UK only, we can despatch some items using the Post Office next day service for an additional
payment of £8.00. Please note this means that your order should be delivered to you one working day after
it is despatched NOT one working day after your order is received by us.
We will send you an e-mail to let you know that your order has been despatched. Most of our
products are either handmade or hand finished and in some cases it may take up to 30 days before
we are able to ship them to you. We will let you know by e-mail if we expect any delay in sending
the items you order.
Shipping abroad
Deliveries to non-UK addresses will take considerably longer to arrive.
Payment
Goods will not be despatched until full payment (including delivery charge where applicable) has been received.
